Nomad Europe trip
A little awkward to purchase as I needed 2 phones to do it, once on the phones, (my wife and mine) the whole thing went smoothly, travelled across 3 countries and the plan just picks up automatically service providers. Easy app to follow to obtain information of day to day usage and simple add on procedures to top up.
Pricing was one of the cheapest at $18usd for 10gb across 30 europium countries

Nomad was on
I recently used Nomad in the Philippines and I found it good at first but then it was completely useless. It continually dropped out so I was stuck trying to figure out directions and couldn’t transfer money. I had to go and continually find wifi or wait till we got back to our hotel. For someone using the ‘biggest’ network in the Philippines, it was a let down when seeing other people able to use their data.
Their app is very user friendly, so that’s a positive. Easy to check how much data you have used and/or add on. That was the only one positive for Nomad.
Will I be using them again? No, I will not be.

Great product and online support
I purchased an eSIM from NOMAD when I was in a rush and had marginal WiFi connectivity. When I got to my destination the eSim didn’t work. I emailed the help centre and after a few prompt email exchanges my eSIM was working fine. This is the fourth time I have used NOMAD for international travel and I am very happy with the Nomad product and especially their online support.
