Its terrible.
As mentioned to my account manager at the time you launched it years ago, you can supposedly log into your account (you used to be able to, now the login feature doesn’t work) yet you cannot list connotes from your account to view, each and every connote you wish to track has to have its connote number manually entered….which is weird, why be able to log in your account yet not use or draw any account information into the app.

Yes they are options in the settings to allow tracking of the last 14 days of connotes….but that doesn’t work, plain and simple it doesn’t work.

So to use the app we would need to log into our account on a desktop, get the connote number to the shipment we wish to track and then manually type it into the app to track it…..why bother when you have had to get into your account via a desktop to get the number, you might as well track it at the same time.

So considering the new ‘connect’ system wont work on IOS Chrome, and the app cant give you connotes from your account…..we need to use a desktop chrome browser….which my staff don’t have, they just have iPads. Chrome is our preferred browser account all of our business and devices.

If you simply fixed the app to be able to draw connotes from our account to see tracking all would be solved.

Terrible terrible shipping Company!

I received a text last Thursday that it will be out for delivery today Friday so i cancelled an appointment so i can receive the package and guess what, there was no delivery and the app is not updated. I even called last wednesday customer service told me that they will send an email at the depot so they will deliver. But still no package. When i called today, Friday, same thing they said they will email the depot and have dispatched on Monday. It has been 2 weeks aleady these people are scammers. Do not trust them even though they send a message that it is due for delivery the next day. They won’t. Just go for Australia Post or DHL. Not this. They are a rip off! Never never trust Northline!!! Your package will be lost! And they are very hard to reach…

An issue with tracking

The tracking function doesn’t work correctly. Keyed in a consignment note number and showed the shipment had been delivered, but in reality was still at the depot.
