Brilliantly designee app and experience
Most airlines have a terrible website and a even worse iPhone app. Norwegian Air has neither. The app is well designed and handles all scenarios in a pain free and logical manner.
Doesn’t work
Shocking app. Date system for passport issue and birthday won’t lock on dates you insert. Result is checking in with incorrect information. Thanks Airline for making us in breach of international law.
