Not user friendly

Generally a good updated app. Not user friendly though for one hand phone operation. Upon clicking app, it opens to a useless screen promoting change and other products. This info can also be accessed by products tab at bottom of screen. This screen should be removed or amended to pin log on. Log on is a small button top right of screen. Unable to be pressed by one hand phone operation. Log on button needs to be Centre and bottom half of screen so can be pressed by thumb single handed. Likewise when logged on, log off button at top right. Needs to be at the bottom somewhere for single handed operation.

Previous version worked ,

Just doesn’t work

I have installed this app on both an iPad and iPhone. Both have the latest updates to their software. Both make no progress on the login screen and eventually time out as experienced by other users. Got an email today 6/9/21 telling me the app is available for IPad. Downloaded again and still the same result. When I put my ID in it thinks about it until it returns a message saying “ it’s taking a bit longer than expected. Tray again later” ……hopeless!!!

As suggested by developer I have downloaded the app again to IPhone and also as suggested it works fine when wifi is switched off and using mobile data. If I switch back to wifi it does not work. Similarly, my iPad is workable using the app by switching to hotspot to the IPhone when it is using mobile data only. Thanks for your response and I am looking forward to the fix when the app will work on wifi.

Hello! We're sorry to hear about these issues. We would like to help. Could you please delete the app from the iPad and then download the app on your iPhone. Switch your Wifi connection off and use mobile data only. We are aware the app does not work on all Wifi connection but we are working towards a solution. Let us know how you go. Thanks ^BE

Great work on the app

Keep up the great work you’re doing on the app. Looking forward to seeing push notifications become available soon.

It would be awesome to have the ability to see your card number and dynamic CCV within the app so you can use your digital card whilst whilst waiting for the new card to arrive in the mail or if you’ve had to stop your card due to a disputed transaction and replace your card. It’s use is limited currently when you can only open an account digitally and use the card in person or Apple Pay. Most of my transactions are made online.

Additionally it would be great to have in app messaging and authentication to your call centre initiated via the app like all of the Big 4.

Lastly I’d love to see the ability to dispute a transaction by merely clicking on the transaction from within the app instead of going via the app to the NPBS website.
