Our mobile banking app helps you manage your money quickly and easily:*

- Log on using 4 digit Passcode or Touch ID/Face ID;
- Quick Balance allows you to easily view your account balances without logging onto the app;
- Order accounts and set your favourite account to automatically display when making payments;
- Transfer money instantly between your own accounts;
- Transfer money to new and existing third party accounts using Pay Anyone;
- Make instant Osko Payments to any other participating Australian financial institution;
- Make BPAY® payments to new and existing Billers;
- Create a PayID to receive money using familiar details like your mobile number or email address (Left Nav > My Details > PayID);
- Redraw on your home loan (for eligible home loans and subject to approval);
- View more specific account details such as interest rate, repayment amount, repayment date, etc;
- Set up future dated and recurring payments;
- Activate your personal Visa Debit or Cashcards;
- Block a lost or stolen card;
- Set a PIN for a new card or choose a new PIN for an existing card;
- Notify us of upcoming overseas trips (Left Nav > My Details > Overseas Travel)
- Manage your payment limits - increase or reduce your payment limits;
- Create and manage profiles so more than one person can securely use the same device; and
- Manage devices that you have registered to use the app.

Features on app like mail won’t work

I have attempted to message the bank via the app and have had constant error messages. As I don’t go into branches, I heavily rely on an app that works consistently and fluently. This app does not.

Good day, we understand your frustration and are looking into the matter. If you send a message via 'General Enquiry', please leave out any special characters like * or ' or " etc. This is what's causing the issue and we are looking at fixing this asap. Thanks for your feedback. ^BE

Touch ID!

Thank you for finally getting Touch ID into the app. It is already so much easier than having to use a pin every time!

It would be great to see push notifications in the future, and the ability to change the pins on my cards.
