The NT Fishing Mate is a free official NT Government app to assist fishers in the Northern Territory to access fishing rules and related information.
You are able to search for fish species, possession limits, boat ramps, general information and restriction zones. You can also filter content by fishing regions on the home screen.
The app will notify you when you are approaching a restricted area and supply you with the relevant information.
The app allows quick reporting of things such as fish kills, problem crocodiles, tagged fish recaptures, suspicious fishing activities, aquatic pests or a ghost net. You can also submit you catch and effort report to fisheries.
This app periodically checks location even whilst closed. This is to notify you of restricted areas and near by boat ramps. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Does not work at all on brand new iPhone 8
Whatever topic’s “show” button you tap on, it goes back to the opening page and the disclaimer. Shortest lived app I downloaded.
Hey there some one should actually try to use this app on a iPhone 7 it doesn't work
And absolutely can't work with a fresh reinstall each and every time it is used
Don't believe me try it yourself, hopefully some one who is involved in this app will take heed and make it work then it will be brilliant
Takes ages to open and then continually crashes.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
