My wife and I have been patients of Ochre Health for over ten years.We have always been well looked after and supported by Doctors and Nurses as well as the reception staff.It is a joy to be welcomed with a smile and you know that they have your well-being in mind.The after Hospital care (if you need it) has always been first class and I know it all too well unfortunately.If you need genuine care we would always recommend it.

I am not that impressed with it. I have tried booking on line and had vomiting and diarrhoea NOT Covid related. Had 2 x tests while very sick both came up Negative so I could not book on line because of the vomiting and diarrhoea. When I finally got through in the morning I missed the apt I wanted with my OWN doctor. I had to go to another whim I found a bit unprofessional due to previous survey I have done in the recent days. Today I tried to cancel my appointment on the app with Dr McKenzie Wilson as I have rebooked to see my Doctor on Thursday. The App tells me I cannot cancel and to ring the medical centre which is a public holiday and no one will be there so I will have to ring in the morning the day of my appointment. So NO I am not happy with your App at all

If only they would answer their phones it would be a nice place but I’ve waited up to 25 minutes for my call to be answered only for the call to cut out and I have to start again. It’s quicker for me to drive there and get an appointment, which was impossible for me to do after having a shoulder replacement. And to get a Dr to write out a script too me because my Dr was on holidays, it took 2 weeks, I was out of tablets and suffered badly because Anne the receptionist knew best. In the end the Pharmacist went up stairs and got the script for me, so very grateful that a pharmacist looks after me better than the Drs Surgery that couldn’t take 5 minutes to write out a very important document. I’m now looking for a Dr that cares about their patients as this isn’t the first this time this has happened when the receptionist knew best and a pharmacist helped me out. 👎🥵😭

I use this App only because I stronglly believe in adopting electronic means for booking appointments and communicating with healthcare givers. But the reality falls very far short of expectations. This App could be so much better if you consulted healthcare professionals and patients and carers when undertaking your business analysis. The absolute worst feature of this App is the frustratingly cumbersome process of entering my drugs when asking for prescription renewals. However, it is also very difficult to choose a doctor, or choose the type of appointment I want. Tou MUST do better, else you will lose customers.
