Account creation fails
Before you can even use the app or pair with any toothbrush you may have, you must first register for an account, this sends an email activation, which when opening then clicking, opens their website with the error "Network issues, try again."
Good so far!
I’m liking the toothbrush and the app. The app is easy to use and set a customisation that made the brush a lot easier on the teeth rather than the default setting. All of this is customisable through the app as well.
Everything is easy to read and all the information is right on the main screen. I am using a iPhone 6s at the moment and the app works fine. So far a good start for the product and the app.
App crashes after a few seconds
Was able to connect to the toothbrush and do the set up but now crashes after a few seconds of opening the app
