Easily downloaded. Easily registered. Easy to use. LOVED the rate and how much I am to transfer so my US recipient gets the amount I said they would get. Excellent in securing my identification.. very clear on what I need from the recipient to make the transfer. I haven’t transferred yet but your reviews are 100% compared to other banks, wires or apps I’ve been reading about in the last 2 hours! AND you replied to the reviews and customers! Thank you and I’ll write to your email if I have any problems.

Terrible Service

Not recommended if you need to perform a quick transfer of large sums.

It is understood that there is a need to perform compliance review. However, the way they do it is in piecemeal basis - they send you an email asking for ID information in Day One, the next day, another set of information requested, and then on the third day another. It would have been helpful and less frustrating if they asked for all the info they need on Day One. Not helpful when you need the transfers quick!! I would not have used them had it not because of them being referred to by Macquarie Bank for overseas fund transfer. I highly recommend using other banks like Commbank or even HSBC Australia that supports direct global transfer. Would have given them only 1 star if not for the helpful customer support team, which was failed by their non-customer facing backend teams!

New registration

I found the following would have been helpful as a new registering customer: overall it was a very simple and user friendly design.

Prompting if business sooner in registration process.
Prompting you will need ID docs before starting to register and which ID docs so you don’t spend too much time on the process and then you don’t have the docs with you.
On t&cs when registering there is no space between ‘an individual’.
Orders confirmation is bold and missing a space between ‘order means’.
Took me a while to work out I needed to click on the photo icon for ID docs.
I would have wanted to Save my registration along the way if i didn’t have all my ID docs with me.
Was not sent notification to email that I had registered for an account. No prompts or actions or details via email.
No contact number while waiting to be verified.
No explanation why it will take 2 days to verify.
Why can’t I schedule a pending transfer before verified.
