In order to transfer money, you will need to register your account and agree to our Customer Agreement.
Checking rates in the app is now easier! Simply turn on a setting and view the rates list first on opening the app. All the icons in the app now have a fresh new look! We have also made the following improvements:
- 'Transfers without a rate' are now visible in your transfers list
- You can now call us from the Settings screen in the app
- When copying bank account details to the clipboard, we now ignore the annoying dashes
- Rate charts are no longer cut-off on smaller devices

I found the following would have been helpful as a new registering customer: overall it was a very simple and user friendly design.
Prompting if business sooner in registration process.
Prompting you will need ID docs before starting to register and which ID docs so you don’t spend too much time on the process and then you don’t have the docs with you.
On t&cs when registering there is no space between ‘an individual’.
Orders confirmation is bold and missing a space between ‘order means’.
Took me a while to work out I needed to click on the photo icon for ID docs.
I would have wanted to Save my registration along the way if i didn’t have all my ID docs with me.
Was not sent notification to email that I had registered for an account. No prompts or actions or details via email.
No contact number while waiting to be verified.
No explanation why it will take 2 days to verify.
Why can’t I schedule a pending transfer before verified.
It works but...
The app works, does the job, all good except... it has a stuck “action required” notice from months ago. Even a new transaction didn’t clear it, neither did a update to newest version. Can’t swipe to delete it, it’s just there, probably forever. All the rest is fine! 👍👍
Latest version works perfectly!
The latest update fixed everything I need and it works perfectly now! Thank you to the developers for turning feedback so quickly into reality, well done!
