I have given this feedback to the company a couple of times now. The in-app sign up needs to have an option to upload digital documents - not sure who has a hard copy to SCAN(!) these days! Even driver licenses are digital now, so can’t take a pic of that either. Absolutely no point having an app if you need to do everything over email. Please please fix this, so I can sign up and make use of the car in my building without having to do a manual sign up over email. Such a basic feature to be able to choose a photo or upload a document.

Multiple back and forth messages and phone calls to discuss safety issues in the integration with the building access. There seems to be a lack of alignment between Ollo and the building staff. What seemed to be a good value proposition has turned into nearly two accidents, one involving a family member. Would appreciate a proper due diligence to review and improve building access.

I need to rent a car in my building for a couple of weeks. The app loading is extremely unfriendly. I've never had so much trouble to upload a simple pic of my licence.Also, the company so far has not answered my email. How can these guys be in business??
