7 Plus.

I am extremely happy with the freedom to picking an choosing my time of when I get to watch the shows on your Channel, HOWEVER,
I do not appreciate how the App glitches. I cannot turn on subtitles without it being stuck to an upright screen, I cannot get out of the episode when I wish too, because it for some reason just doesn’t let me... I have had to exit the app 3-6 times now - then having to watch the adds all over again an I’m not even 10 minutes into my show because of the app glitching an not allowing me to change the rotation of which way I watch the show on my phone.
I cannot exit the episode. Why? Please work on the apps glitches an it would be a THOUSAND times better, instead I’m not actually able to fully enjoy the freedom of watching these shows because I’m watching adds every 2 minutes because YOUR app isn’t working.

I appreciate all other services you offer but I would really love it if you could fix this problem. Your app could be much more enjoyable, but so far all it’s leaving me with is irritation... I would love to enjoy this an have an easy experience but so far I’m really not....

Disappointing app, functionality not even remotely decent

I have only used this app to watch one season of a show so far, but I cannot keep up with what’s going on in the show - the app completely skipped an episode on me, I know it wasn’t error on my behalf because I was watching episodes back to back, I had to then go back and find what I had missed, even then, I miss the last tiny bit of EVERY episode, as the app auto plays the next episode and cuts the current episode off mid sentence. This app should be convenient, but I think it’s an easier option to sit down and watch the program on TV. It is highly frustrating, I would love to give this app a higher rating but until this is fixed I don’t think I will be watching any other shows. My friend also complains that her app does not keep a track of which episode she is up to or where in said episode, which I can imagine must be very annoying. The audio cuts out at random points, or the ads will freeze, I then have to close the app and reopen it, and then have to sit through yet another round of ads. I can look past having to watch the same 3 ads on repeat every ten minutes, but not this. Please start actually listening to the users of this app, I’ve seen bad review upon bad review and nothing is being done, I hate leaving low reviews on anything but in complete honestly this app is terrible, the functionality is not up to standard for an app equivalent of a nation wide TV channel, incredibly disappointing.

We would really like to investigate what caused the skipping issue and we can manually make changes when the autoplay starts if you tell us which show it was you are watching when this happened. Regarding your friends issue - she needs to be signed into the app for it to keep track on which episode she is up to or where in the episode. Annoying

I’ve had 7 plus for 2 days and so far the experience hasn’t been great. 1. If you turn off your device and come back a few minutes later it’ll for some reason go onto the previous episode then you have to go back to the episode, watch ads, try to find where you were up to and be gifted with more ads and if you didn’t find where you were up to the first try your 2nd try will be gifted with more ads. 2. When on the menu screen after going out of a show the shows you’re watching don’t stay up to date with what episode you’re on or how far through the show you are which can be very annoying which I’ll explain next. 3. It’s very hard to see what part of the show you’re up to it skips ahead so fast and the screen is so small you can’t see properly anyway. 4. The settings and full screen buttons are so tiny I have to click it 3-6 times before it actually registers 5. I know this was talked about in the first point but the amount of ads is extreme yes I know this is a free app and you need to make money somehow but at least when you’re trying to skip ahead after watching ads don’t give us more and more ads everytime we try to get back to what we were watching.

Having lots of free shows to watch is amazing but this app makes watching them so much of a hassle it’s almost not worth them being free.
