Date/Time Sync Bug

Latest version (6.5.0) introduced a bug where latest data won’t sync on the same day. It’s related to some date/time mismatch between the device and the phone.

I’m in Australia, and setting my region to US did not help as suggested in another comment.

To fix the sync, for me, I go into time settings and manually set the date to a few days in the future. Latest data will now sync ( don’t worry it will keep the correct date and time from the device)
Once synced you can set the phone back to correct date.

Another option is to just ignore the bug and your data from the previous day will show up in a future sync. Your app will just be stuck a day or so in the past.

UPDATE: The app signed me out of the cloud data sync, and after signing back in to my account, the Bluetooth sync is fixed.

Unusable for two users

Having the supposedly top of the line 7600T require me to solely having to rely on this app for tracking my measurements. The app does not allow me to distinguish multiple users and it does not allow me to delete entries. This means I have to export the data to the health app and delete my partners data. Finally the data in the diary is taking an average of the readings which compound the mentioned issues. So the value of the app is very minimal for me.

The AppStore description says to provide feedback within the app but each time I select the contact option I get a message to setup my email. My email is already setup in the settings.... so what else must I do? I don’t use the apple email app I use the gmail app.

I really hope the issues mentioned here can be fixed so the app which would make the app so much more useful. For now it’s only good for users who use their HEM devices alone.

Data Syncing problems

11 June 2019 update
After latest app update, after successful syncing message, new data not displayed on app. I checked date on device which is correct. I give up using this app. Will be buying an app to record data manually as this app is so unreliable and waste of time as you have to spend 30 minutes to try and get app to sync and download data.

I am tech savvy and have been using obron hem-7280t for about one year and installed multiple updates for the app. The device is fine but the app lets it down. There is a well documented problem with the app only transferring the data from device sometimes.
I have installed the latest iOS and have the latest app and Bluetooth is connected to device but the app only syncs the data <25% which is very frustrating.
Devs, please have an option to manually enter the data as I don’t have all day for the app to decide to work. Also I shouldn’t need to contact app support as if you can’t get this function working the app is useless and there are multiple reviews of this issue if you care to google it.
