Quality remembered long after the price is forgotten
Yes it’s expensive, but the brand is so reliable that after you add the risk cost of a cheaper substitute you may as well buy what works.
We have all bought things over the years that were the cheaper option and sometimes we were lucky to get a good deal. This was not the time for me to cheap out and then possibly regret the decision. I certainly don’t regret Ooni and the help that the App makes is to be expected from a brand leader.
Best and most useful app ever
If you love your pizzas and cooking like I do then you will love the simplicity and functionality of this app. It’s a great tool,great recipes and an app I use all the time .

Misleading explanation
The explanation given for the field “proof hours” says it’s “both time spent cold-proving [sic] and the final few hours at room temperature” but that’s not what the field requires it seems: If I cold-proof for 24h followed by 2h at room temperature then the proof hours sum total would be 26h but that figure cannot be selected. So I assume the field requires the room temperature proofing only.
Also, proving should be spelt proofing.
