Although the app loads a little slow it has all the things you need to check up on your purchases and even creating the barcode to make a purchase.
The app will load onto the screen fine but then have a loading circle that seems to take fore ever and that’s before you press the button to login and wait for that too, thankfully logging in does take long at all...
Overall a great finance app and much better than some others, hey atleast you can see easier what you have left to spend compared to the after you pay ;)
Worst Customer Service-NO STARS
I lost my job three months ago and OpenPay could not have cared less. I spoke to three different people who advised they would send me financial hardship forms however it never happened and each person was more rude to me then the one before. I also emailed OpenPay about their terrible service and what had been happening. They did not apologise or respond in anyway. They just sent me the Financial Hardship Paperwork. That’s it. Nothing else. The financial Hardship paperwork wasn’t even needed anymore because if they read my email they would see that I have now started working again. Also if they read the email I told them I would not leave a bad review if someone would have just acknowledged that I was treated poorly. Once I’ve paid the outstanding amount I will never use OpenPay again and I will tell everyone I know not to do it either. OpenPay will harass you even if your one day late with payments. For two months I was getting five phone calls a day from them and they had the nerve to be rude to me. Terrible money hungry people. The app is good cos I don’t have to deal with any of their horrible customer service people who obviously have no idea what good customer service is.
Not very user friendly or flexible
The app is ok, aside from the fact that the font is tiny, super fine white on a pale blue background or vice versa. Difficult to see, and I have 20-20 vision. Signed up for 1 shop, went to look at the list of where else I could use it - it is full of individual sellers for the same MLM brand. Dubious to feature an MLM at all, but at least put Intimo under one heading & list all the huns inside that - annoying to scroll through. Finally, Afterpay gives you a day to make payment if one misses - OpenPay charges late fee immediately. I prefer fortnightly to weekly and there’s no scope to modify. Charges are very difficult to decipher too, I am pretty sure I was charged fees I wasn’t warned about. Hard to tell though, it’s all over the shop. They’d do well to look at how clear the afterpay app is. Happy to see my local vet on the list though!
