Great idea to have Open Pay

I have recently found out about Open Pay. Great idea, there are many customers out here needing services and good. The flexibility and easy use of Open Pay is a fantastic idea. Thing is that there is not enough advertising out there about Open Pay. I went to a few stores and called Dentists, they were not aware of Open Pay at all. Hopefully Open Pay grows as it’s helped me. Not very user friendly or flexible

The app is ok, aside from the fact that the font is tiny, super fine white on a pale blue background or vice versa. Difficult to see, and I have 20-20 vision. Signed up for 1 shop, went to look at the list of where else I could use it - it is full of individual sellers for the same MLM brand. Dubious to feature an MLM at all, but at least put Intimo under one heading & list all the huns inside that - annoying to scroll through. Finally, Afterpay gives you a day to make payment if one misses - OpenPay charges late fee immediately. I prefer fortnightly to weekly and there’s no scope to modify. Charges are very difficult to decipher too, I am pretty sure I was charged fees I wasn’t warned about. Hard to tell though, it’s all over the shop. They’d do well to look at how clear the afterpay app is. Happy to see my local vet on the list though!

App is ok but policies are unfair.

The app is ok and easy to use, however your policies are completely unfair. If for what ever reason you have no money in your account (more bills than expected, doctors fees, late payment from work due to public holidays etc) Openpay will automatically add a late fee for me it was $9.50 no questions asked. After spending 30mins on Open pay line then 40mins on the support line after the Openpay team refused to remove it due to their policies I was able to convince the assistant to remove the late fee. I asked for him to give customer feedback from me to instead give a notice that payment is late and have a certain amount of time to pay it or a late fee would incur and his response was- “Yes, I can do that but nothing will come out of it.” Terrible customer service. I won’t be using Openpay again.

Hey there, thanks for the feedback; I will be passing this directly to the customer service manager to have a look at. I agree that there can be times when we are unable to meet the repayment requirements, but if you call the customer service team 1300 168 359 prior to that due date there are options in regards to extensions or reshaping the plan to avoid the late payment fees moving forward.
