Car Broke Down, Open Pay saved the day!.
Hi I would highly recommend Open Pay , I had serious issues with the car and didn’t have the $1200 needed to fix it. I messaged the Open Pay team and was granted a higher amount so the car would be fixed. I’m happy to pay a small service fee for using this service as nothing is free , but to have help in emergencies like this is truly a fabulous service. It’s easy to change the payment day or rates if I’m struggling finically, I just call them and they help with no issues at all. If you speak with the team of open pay when in financial trouble they will help. I deleted Afterpay after the help I had from Open Pay and will only use open pay in future. Worst Customer Service-NO STARS
I lost my job three months ago and OpenPay could not have cared less. I spoke to three different people who advised they would send me financial hardship forms however it never happened and each person was more rude to me then the one before. I also emailed OpenPay about their terrible service and what had been happening. They did not apologise or respond in anyway. They just sent me the Financial Hardship Paperwork. That’s it. Nothing else. The financial Hardship paperwork wasn’t even needed anymore because if they read my email they would see that I have now started working again. Also if they read the email I told them I would not leave a bad review if someone would have just acknowledged that I was treated poorly. Once I’ve paid the outstanding amount I will never use OpenPay again and I will tell everyone I know not to do it either. OpenPay will harass you even if your one day late with payments. For two months I was getting five phone calls a day from them and they had the nerve to be rude to me. Terrible money hungry people. The app is good cos I don’t have to deal with any of their horrible customer service people who obviously have no idea what good customer service is.
Yay! Back to business
After some issues with the new app and not being able to make payments or change cards, I was so disappointed, as I love Openpay!
But after receiving a quick response to my first review and an email conversation with Alex Bird the product manager, I am now able to get back to business, make my payments and shop again! Alex was amazing, quick to respond and had everything sorted for me within a day!
Being able to pay over time with Openpay is amazing for my budget and only a small amount needed upfront! I love having the option to make my payments early, so I can avoid any late payments or fees.
