not worth the money
I purchased it thinking of using it for rmvb. with a pricetag of 20dollars, i was expecting a lot of umcomparable features from it, sadly it doesnt reach my expectation at all. if you are not looking for features such as server, playlist and just expect your video to run. mplayerx is definitely a better choice cos this spiked a little in my rmvb files where as mplayerx didnt (same file). Also the video is somehow off centre in fullscreen.
It works - hassle free
I had some movies (MTS files) that wouldn't play in a stable manner with VLC. This not cheap, but great working app did the job. As with all apps, the installation was easy, and it worked - big smiles. Now to have a good look around....
Upate to my earlier comments
After using this for a week now - I thoroughly recommend it. It plays beautifully - has the ability to go full screen. easy to use interface.
I'd like to see a resume function - so that if you want to come back to a video, it plays (or at least gives you the option) from where you left off.
For some reason the OS doesn't remember it as a defualt app for playing files.
