Fresh new update but never ordering online

The redesign of the app looks great, I can see my membership status clearly as well as my progress.

But when I first had the new update I am not sure if there were previous offers that were on the old version, I don’t see any offers at all that I’m wondering if something is wrong since the FAQ says it is located on the home page.

When I first ordered online it went smoothly everything went well my order was accurate, food tasted great, but what put a damper on my mood was my membership didn’t work even when I’m signed in it even says on you FAQ that being signed in is all you need for your online order to get points!

I had receipts and there was a section to submit them if you missed scanning your membership when you order but it isn’t even working anymore on the app the link listed send you to an expired servey page, I tried to check on web browser on my laptop on there website and the FAQ section is there but the hyperlink isn’t even there.

Thanks to this app I only missed out around $45 of points on a gold membership, even after submitting a questionnaire a week & half later I have no response from them, so thanks I’ll stick to walk in.

Not great when using large text

Went to order on The app. I use large text on my phone to avoid having to use my glasses. The whole app was quite jumbled and hard to make out. When i got to the swipe to cook it was below my screen. I couldn’t get it to work. I had to wait till the confirmation text arrived to tap the link to get it to work. There are some users out there who use large text AND use apps.

Unable to order online

Firstly: No Apple Pay integration, which is the baseline in 2023. Instead, the app requires a full credit card input. Screen goes blank and freezes when hitting "confirm payment", most likely due to 3D security on most credit cards requiring 2FA. If you close and reopen the app to try again, it simply crashes. Lastly: staff were unaware of this new app or the new menu items, meaning that you can't even complete your order in-store.

In short: App is unusable in its current state. Will wait for a future update.
