Description
An ORIX Novated Lease is a simple and convenient way of including a vehicle in your salary package. The ORIX Novated Companion App makes it easy for you to manage your vehicle’s budget, submit reimbursements, find a service centre and much more.
With the app, you can:
- View vehicle lease details including a life-to-date summary and contract details
- Monitor budget allocation & spend
- Update odometer readings
- Lodge reimbursements for out-of-pocket expenses such as fuel and maintenance
- Request replacement fuel card
- View transaction history
- Locate ORIX authorised repair and service centres
- Access useful information for assistance with breakdowns or accidents
- Receive in-app notifications for vehicle servicing and end-of-lease advice
- Update personal details including bank details
- View multiple vehicles.

Ratings and Reviews
Worse App - Unusable
The developer, testers and approvers of this App, should be sacked. I’ve never come across such a rubbish app that simply does not do what it’s designed to do.
Unable to lodge reimbursement requests via the app, as it simply sits with a cog looking like it’s trying to pull data from a server to display the required fields.
It’s hit or miss if any of the other fields display correctly, such as user details and contract details. The layout is simply rubbish.
I’ve deleted the App multiple times, reinstalled on factory restored iPhones, I have tried on multiple iOS versions to see if it’s an iOS version issue, even tried iOS 18.3 developer beta to see if by some crazy notion things may have improved. iPhone is a 15 pro.
I’ve resorted to using the website to manage my lease and/or lodge reimbursement claims.
Someone is being paid a salary for doing a really bad job.
Utter garbage
If you like apps that provide absolutely no purpose and if you enjoy watching loading screens then this app is for you. 😑
In all seriousness, this app does not work or provide any purpose. I recommend you just bookmark their OneView website instead .
Rubbish
Used to work fine. Able to look at everything, do my reimbursements etc. now since a recent update it simply doesn’t work. It works as well as trying to get any info from orix via email etc…..badly
