Help needed re the App
For the past few days your App (which has worked perfectly for years) is now not downloading. I’ve tried different things but no luck! Please advise quickly.

Constant Crashing every couple of days
I’ve always loved having this app but over the last 6 months every third day it crashes and I have to erase and download it which is becoming so annoying that I think I’ll give up in using it. This seems to be a problem from other reviewers yet nothing seems to get done.
Annoyed
For some reason every second or third day I have to delete the app off my iPad and iPhone and download it again as it will not open. This has been going on for several months and is very frustrating as I have been using this app for years and prior to that would read my horoscope in the herald sun
