OTR App - Coffee & Fuel Deals 4+

I love my coffee while I’m driving (long distances and often) I’m grateful for the free fifth coffee after four purchases, petrol discounts and other freebies this app offers. It helps with cost of living pressures and just generally makes my driving and fast paced life easier and more pleasurable. The app is simple to navigate. The only beef I have is orders aren’t necessarily tied to stock numbers in store so if you order a ham and cheese toastie and that particular store has none left and there is no suitable replacement, the store won’t refund cash and you are left chasing a measly $7.95 refund for the principle of it for weeks through the app. This could be easily be improved by either a change in policy to a cash refund or not advertising a product that is not available once you are ordering from a particular store (if it doesn’t have the stock).

So convenient and super easy to use. Love not having to get the kids in and out of the car by paying at the pump, made extra appealing with the gamified discounts applied with each use.

I also love that you can link your charity of choice with OTR’s community program, which includes great localised options. With homelessness in Adelaide growing, I’m pleased OTR will make a contribution to the Hutt Street Centre, and honestly that is enough for me to choose OTR as my petrol station of choice. Well done.

Adding an option to purchase Happy Wash without going in store would make it the full package. Please make it happen, OTR gods? :)

Good morning. I was gonna leave this review yesterday but I was far too busy Thought I’d just leave it till today, yesterday morning at around 6 o’clock I went to the Kensington Road BP near Norwood and I bought fuel a coffee and 12 chicken bites. I ordered the chicken bites and the coffee first so while I was fuelling up they could be cooking and making the coffee. When I finish fueling my car came in to pay and get the other goods as I was driving up Portrush Road. I went to have one of the chicken bites and they weren’t cooked there was still cold on the inside and wet. I was really annoyed about this. I couldn’t turn around as I had to go to work. I was going past BP at the top of old Belair rd in the hills so I stopped there and asked him if they could cook them properly for me so they didn’t go to waste. And I’d ordered a medium coffee and it was only really half full after I took the lid off. There was so much froth in there it was only a small coffee so all around. I was not happy at all with this. I hope they don’t do this to anyone else and people get sick with the chicken, especially. anyway, have a good day, thanks.
