Description
The Our Medical app places access to exceptional healthcare at your fingertips. Connect to your healthcare information and the network of General Practitioners at our medical centres.
GP CHECK-IN
Discreetly check-in to see a bulk billing GP in a few taps. Choose between the doctor of your choice, or the first available GP. We’ll also remind you which doctor you saw on your last visit.
PLACE IN QUEUE UPDATES
After you have checked-in, you can track your place in the GP queue – see the number of patients in front of you and an indication of wait-time. You will be provided with real-time updates on your place in the queue and can switch from a requested doctor, to first available.
GP ROSTERS
Check the roster for your preferred GP up to two weeks in advance, so you can plan your visit.
eSCRIPTS
eScripts issued by your doctor will be stored in your eScript wallet. Show the eScript to the pharmacy to dispense on the spot, or order online.
HEALTH DOCUMENTS
Receive electronic copies of correspondence from your doctor including medical certificates, specialist referrals, and radiology and pathology reports. You will also receive notifications when test results have been returned to your referring GP, so you know when to come back to discuss your results.
MANAGE ALLIED APPOINTMENTS
Appointments with allied health professionals, such as physiotherapists, or Specialists can be booked and managed via the app.
MANAGE YOUR INFO
Keep contact information for you and your dependants, and Medicare, DVA, Pensioner and Health Care Card details up to date. You can also link dependants to your account so you can check-in on their behalf.
MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
The Our Medical Membership Program gives you exclusive access to healthcare benefits including vouchers for dental and physio.

Wow what a breath of fresh air
Came to OUR MEDICAL for the first time this morning after my frustration of not being able to see my regular doctor for at least a week yet again and walked into OUR MEDICAL To my surprise there were no cues for reception, you simply download the app and checkin to your choice of doctor. Whilst waiting I went over the app that allows you to register your attendance and put yourself in the cue to see a doctor, book a doctor for future dates, request script refills and reports. It also has a dental centre within its walls. This centre has utilised the best of technology to fast track checking in and servicing its patients.

I can not recommend Our Medical enough. The reception staff are very nice and helpful.
The doctor’s are extremely friendly and helpful. And they care about you wellbeing.
Even though you have to wait for a while to see a doctor they always say sorry about the wait. But I understand how busy they are because they are not quick to kick you out. They take their time to see their patients in an orderly manner.

Queue notifications back please
I’ve been coming to Our Medical Annerly for some time now & experienced a number of good changes with the app. One of the improvements however has been removed.
Previously, you would be notified exactly where you are in the queue, be it 20th or 7th…you would see exactly where you were and updates on progress of movement in queue leading up to your appointment. This function helped (IMO) give clients piece of mind regarding their position and progression & reassurance (calm) while waiting to see their GP. Please bring back the full, up to date notifications of queue placement. It was a good function and I’m sure client anxiety (and need to ask staff of progress) decreased when all information was transparent to the client.
