OSI-1426 Overview: Slow initial loading of WO's.
We improved the Overview loading times.
OSI-1573 Overview: Fetching ad-hoc based on object QR-code gave: unexpected data.
Fetching an ad-hoc work order from a QR-code would initially result in an unexpected error.
OSI-1494 Work Periods: Distance calculation incorrect
We have optimised the distance calculation for certain edge cases. We now apply country in the calculation as well.
OSI-1578 WorkPeriods: While creating a work period the billable/visible should change according to selected hour type.
When selecting a new hour type while creating a new period. The hour type billable and visible settings will automatically be applied.
OSI-1579 Forms: Update Auto-fill fields are not applied when header is folded.
We now apply it to folded and collapsed headers.
OSI-1580 Forms: Apply object parameters of selected object.
We no longer fill object parameters in a form when no object is attached to the form.
OSI-1597 Forms: Do not lock first table column by default.
We no longer automatically lock the first column of a table when the first cell size is more than 50% screensize.
OSI-1582 Materials: Price with dot wrongly detected as URL.
Price per item was incorrectly interpreted as an URL.
OSI-1587 Sync: Offline completed work order not updated to status will be send.
Offline completed work orders are now set as 'To be Send' in the overview.
OSI-1606 Workflows: Large amount of work orders in your overview causes slowdown in your workflow.
Workflows now feel fast again.


New Features:

OSI-1398 Workflows: Apply device policy for signatures to work flow.
The device policy that determines if a signature is required was not applied in WorkFlows. This has been resolved.
OSI-1447 WorkFlows: Add step Job done / Job not done.
Workflow Job Completed / Not completed step is now functional in iOS. You can add this step in workflows after Backoffice update 3.2 has been applied.
OSI-1536 WorkFlows: Add Resources tab in workflows.
Workflows will now show resources (equipment) by default. Showing/editing can be turned On/Off through device policy settings in the backoffice.
OSI-1503 ClientInformation: Block navigation/Directions in Cancelled work orders.
We now prompt a warning that you are navigating to a cancelled work order address.
OSI-1505 Schedule: Set work order to ad-hoc.
You can now set work orders to ad-hoc through your schedule tab. Ad-hoc work orders can be fetched through the map feature that can be activated through device policies in the backoffice for PRO users.
OSI-1555 Job Details: Add Freefield type Checkbox.
We now show freefield type: Checkbox.
OSI-1575 Objects: Add Object Brand, Type, Model, Location, Floor to the search results.
Object searches highlight results based on Code, Description, Serial, Brand, Type, Model, Location and Floor.
OSI-1576 Materials: Reposition scan item option to Search bar in Catalog and Warehouses.
If you want to scan a barcode. You can now always click on the scan icon in the search bar.
OSI-1577 Forms: Update Object Code in Form Name.
Object codes in the form name will now be automatically updated.
OSI-1612 Forms: Add Workorder.EmployeeFullName as auto-fill.
{Workorder.EmployeeFullName}, {Workorder.firstname} and {Workorder.lastname} have been added as working form parameters.
OSI-1384 Overview: Add Object Code as an overview field.
You can now chose to show object codes in your work order overview. Activate this through the Work Order Overview Fields setting on your device.
OSI-1610 Settings: Add referral/reward program option.
We added a Referral/Reward program option to the settings menu to refer OutSmart to other people. Successful conversions will result in a big reward.
OSI-1584 Settings: Implement dials/numeric tip in weekly tip help section.
We added a new tip of the week that informs the user that they can user a numeric keyboard to type start or end time instead of using the dials.
