SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

You can download the app for free and use limited functionality without payment. If you’d like to have a personalised experience and unlimited experience with the app, you will need a subscription. 
Please note that:
• When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
• In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. well-being guides) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

Cancellation and refund

Hi, I too received an unknown charge to my credit card from Femia of over $100 AUD. I signed up in March when there was some sort of discount or offer at the time where I paid a small fee, with no mention of anything about later being charged $100 AUD+ - I rarely subscribe to anything with ongoing fees. I followed instructions on the app about how I go about deleting the app and it says that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Although I didn’t think I had a subscription I did what the app says which is to check your App Store to find your subscription and when checking, there was only one listed (for an entirely different appt) so I’m really concerned about this credit card charge now. I have emailed Femia Support team but am yet to receive a response. Your help to get this resolved and refunded would be greatly appreciated.

Fraudulent!

Avoid this app at all costs! It is misleading and promises to get you pregnant if not a full refund. It states it will create a detailed individual conception plan that includes meal plans and hormone tracking. All you can do in the app is track your period and log your symptoms like every other free cycle tracking app.

The app advises everything is done through Apple but when reviewing my subscriptions and purchase history nothing shows up on my Apple account. There is nowhere to cancel my subscription which is due to renews in 3 months. I have now had to report this transaction to my bank and cancelled my card so no further fraudulent activity occurs on my card.

To pray on people at such a vulnerable time I their life is disgusting.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING!! (Trial periods included)

Terrible customer service and terrible business policies. BEWARE! Do not subscribe to this app. Do not even accept a trial period!

I signed up for a trial on the app and there was no reminder sent to me at the end of the trial period before auto renewing. I contacted the company after a $100AUD payment was taken explaining that the unexpected payment put me under financial hardship… I was told all payments are final and no refund would be offered. Instead I was offered a free 12 month subscription to a yoga app… oh wow, that really helps my financial situation and covering my bills this week. I have contacted paypal and will launch a dispute once the date they have given me has passed.

My advice… find another app (this one isn’t that great anyway) and do not get sucked into involvement with a company with questionable and unethical business policies, especially around financial hardship and lack of reminders before large payments are taken from you. Seems sneaky, scammy and underhanded to me.

The app reviews indicate this is a very common problem.
