No groceries, no contact, no happy
I ordered. I didn’t realise they called as when I answered in English someone rambled in an asian language, which made me think it was a spam call. However, I called back and eventually got them to talk to me in English. After them telling me to text them the details and they would get back to me, I did this straight away. However, they didn’t get back to me and didn’t respond to my texts, voicemail and didn’t answer any of my calls. I then looked up where to email them to see if they could help, and again, no reply. So - I am out of pocket and without the groceries that I ordered. This was my first and only experience. And if no one gets back to me after this review, I will be deleting the app and never using it again and telling others not to either. Hoping this story has a happy ending, but after my experience so far, not holding my breath.
EDIT they sent me most of money as a refund minus the credit card fees but still received no contact from them
Poor customer service, No refund for soldout items
It happens a lot that I paid for the items but the items are sold out which is understandable but the refunds for these items are never received. There have also been wrong items delivered. Refunds for these wrong items and sold out items were never received even after contacting their staff several times over the past couple months. Do not recommend. Feels like a scam.
Can’t be trusted
Business ethics is most important, and they don’t have. As when they out of stock for what I ordered, they didn’t refund me. Better quality online shop are out there.
