Why won’t this app save what I’ve written on photo?????

Had this app on my iPhone but wanted to write on photos without the ads popping up
all the time. Just paid $2.99 for the app and it’s not allowing me to save what I’ve written on the photo. Can someone at this app please contact me to advise how to do this. Very frustrating when you purchase an app and it doesn’t do what it says it’s going to do. Feel ripped off!!!!!!

Much appreciated

I use this app to take and draw on screenshots for the purpose of creating visual step by step instructions for people that don't really understand how to do things/change settings on their smart phones. I find it very useful as it saves me having to upload to the computer, open files in paint and then email them. That would take way too long. Instead I have the ease of texting my instructions straight off my phone almost immediately following questions. Thank you so much.

Doesn't work don't get this app

Don't get this app, I opened it and it didn't even work ONCE. The only thing that worked were ADS but they were pretty disappointing. I would rate half a star if it was even possible.
