A complete con

I paid $4.99 for an app which was called the Palazzo Vecchio. All I got was some basic information on Florence. Initially it gave me nothing, instead asking me to spend a further $2.99 on maps. I didn't wondering what they would ask me to purchase next.
I feel completely ripped off.
