Hopeless. Constantly have to ring security to let me in because it’s not picking up the signal. I know I’m not the only one - I see cars lined up at the gate several times a week. Why have an app when just having a clicker that you can leave on your key ring works fine? It’s a “solution” looking for a problem. If you forget your phone you can’t get in. This is installed at my kid’s childcare centre and forcing people to fiddle with their phones in a place where little kids are running around is just downright dangerous. Hope they see sense and get rid of it soon.

Constant updates without notification means the system doesn’t operate without an update. Not helpful for a security gate in a lane way that blocks traffic

Works well for what it is.

Works well and opens the gates at my workplace quickly and efficiently. Not convinced a phone app is a good solution though - it's a nightmare to use if you're on a motorcycle with your phone out of sight, and i often stress about my phone running out of battery and being locked in after a long day at work.
