Palmerbet have clearly put a lot of time and consideration into their betting app of late – I used it a few years ago and it was OK, but after giving it another nudge recently I’d rate it among the best of the Australian bookmakers. Very clean and fast, my new go to for horse racing and sports betting. Some bookmakers seem to have a big range of markets on some events but then very few for others. Palmerbet are really good for having a good range of options across pretty much all sports, I’ve found. Plus the betting app is straightforward and user friendly with awesome promos for sports betting and horse-racing.
Terrible experience with Palmerbet. Made an account and was offered a $50 bonus bet. Used my initial deposit and the bonus bet. My bet won so I decided to withdraw to enjoy my win on the weekend but instead they locked me out of my account for “further verification”. They asked for full bank statements with all transactions shown (feels very invasive) and ID documents. Interesting that they only ask for this AFTER making a deposit and placing a bet. So if the bet had lost they wouldn’t care?? Once I finally gained access back to the account I was able to withdraw (a week later) but received an email saying I would no longer be allowed to take part in any promotions. Haha as if I would ever bet with them again! I don’t really get the point of them even offering these bonus’ if they don’t want people to use them? Absolutely shocking company, very dodgy, hard avoid!

Used to be slow but in the last week there was a big update and now the interface is as good as any other bookie. Withdrawals to CBA take half a day, plenty of markets on the main stream events but lacks some markets other than H2H on some smaller tennis matches or bball games let’s say. Customer support is 5 star either by phone or email any time of the day they are always quick to help us out. Doozy bookie, never been restricted unlike any of the ladbrokes bookies than put a limit on after any decent wins. Go with palmer
