Don’t refund and give you your purchase

I have bought booster packs, not had sufficient funds in my bank account, so the booster pack declined. It then sits pending in my Apple ID purchase history. When I have money in my bank account (so I can update other apps), payment is taken for those pending purchases, but no boosters are given. I’m already down about $50 because of this lack of ‘talking’ between Jam City and Apple. So if buying boosters, make sure you have sufficient funds, otherwise you don’t get your product when it sits pending! I have phone Apple, I have emailed Jam City and no one is doing anything about it

Bit of a scam

Initially I absolutely loved the game, would play for hours. Unfortunately, the fun and enjoyment of the game is greatly diminished the high the level you get. What you will then see happen is that the game will deliberately withhold certain bubble colours and only give you a series of colours that you don’t need or cannot apply at that point. It is almost certainly a ploy to get you to spend your money on ‘boosters’, which cheapen the experience altogether. I don’t want to boost, I want to pop coloured bubbles and get my cheap dopamine thrill. At least offer the game at a reasonable price and give us levels that are fun and colourful without having to resort to spending money just to advance

I also have noticed that the higher level you get, the more frequently ‘hard’ and ‘super hard’ levels occur - sometimes consecutively. These heavily push the need to use your boosters - the ‘hardness’ simply means less bubbles, more ridiculous arbitrary ‘obstacles’ like ice or spikes and the subsequent pressure to just use a booster to get past the godforsaken level and move on.

I work 11 hours a day, 6 days a week. I get shafted by my bosses day in and day out. I just want to come home and lie in bed and chill out with a game that doesn’t do the same. Shame on you devs, it’s all just a cash grab isn’t it?

Panda pop issue

I’ve already complained about this before and it’s still not fixed I keep on asking that you make it so that we get the right colour bubble when we need it I just lost FOUR LIVES IN A ROW because I didn’t have the right colour, I just needed a blue to win and you kept giving me gold and red and green and that’s only one of them
On the last round I played, I just had to get rid of a few bubbles forming a diamond shape on level 106 so I needed a green but you gave me a gold and then I had nowhere to throw it so I just threw it randomly up and then to make matters worse the thing covering those bubbles were ice shells so I couldn’t use any ordinary bubble and I couldn’t use the green even if I had one in my inventory because the only entrance it started with was a colour changing bubble so I had no choice but to eventually make no use of the bubbles and just throw them randomly anywhere and the lantern just showed up at the last minute being COMPLETELY USELESS! If you don’t fix this I will delete the game in an instance
