Awesome app
I have been using Parkable for approximately 12 months and it has been amazing. I travel a lot for work and have spent a lot of $$ on parking in the past. Parkable gives huge savings and it extremely easy to use. 10/10!

Wrongly placed pin and no responsibility
I have recently used the app, chose location according to the map and got directions there. The picture was a little bit different, but I thought it was maybe from a different angle. It was advertised as opened 24/7. On return the gate was closed and I have to pay $125 for the technician to come and open it for me.
Parkable admitted to the mistake that the parking lot was in completely different suburb and the pin on the map was wrongly placed, but denied any responsibility and only returned $5 which I paid for it.
Don’t use the app. Cheaper to get Uber
Great customer service
Was a new user to Parkable and got confused, starting a parking session when I wasn’t parked so I got charged $15. Told the team and was almost instantly refunded my money! Very happy
