Works great except for one thing...

So much better than using a pay machine, but one weird inconvenience is that Apple Pay is limited to guest accounts?

I created an account so I could avoid constantly inputting my rego and email address, but then the payment options change to credit card only. I’d rather not hand over my credit card details to yet another service!

Developer Response ,

Hi, Thanks for using the Park'nPay app. Sorry to hear about your experience. We are supporting multiple payment methods for both registered and guest users. You can choose to pay either via Apple Pay or Credit Card as a registered user or guest user. Please update to the latest version of the app. Please contact us at support@parknpay.nsw.gov.au if you face any issues.

Unhappy at the Rocks ,

Registered and received a fine

So I pull up to Argyle St at The Rocks and park under the overhead bridge where I normally park near the Argyle steps. I see the meter with ParknPay advertised on it right beside my car and decide to register and pay for my spot with was successful. I notice the cars on each side of my car had their tickets on their dashboard but I thought maybe this new system covers that.
I come back 3hrs later to find a penalty notice of $191 which was issued 45mins after I left my car and on it it read that I was in a taxi stand in a different street?? How this happened I have no idea. I hope with my receipts etc they overturn this. Iv never received a parking fine in my life and don’t want this to be the first

Developer Response ,

Hello, Sorry to hear about your experience. Currently, Argyle meter is not under Rocks and it belongs to City of Sydney. If something still doesn't look right, please do let us know Support@parknpay.nsw.gov.au

This app is a must during these times

This app is a saviour during this infectious time.

The topup feature is the best thing as i have to wait for a long time for my takaway and I topped twice using app

The only downside is the limited councils onboard. When is it coming to the lower north shore
