I can’t play it pls help!

So the game started getting buggy and glitchy and all the sudden it started saying u need to redownload the game...so I deleted it but I didn’t get it again cause I was tired but when I woke up there was an app called pimd but it was all white and I couldn’t play it so I deleted it again and now when I go into the App Store and search it up all it says is (open) which is weird cause it’s deleted and pls help I love this games and when ever my phone goes flat or I shut it off an app pops up and it white with like a circle and a cross and then at the bottom it says pimd but it doesn’t work so I delete it and in App Store it sill says open 🥺🥺pls help me...

Terrible moderating system and huge bullying issue

I’ve been a long time player of this game (5 years) and can I just say that the moderators and support team provide subpar assistance. The main feature of this game is its chatting feature. Without it the game and your account is rendered useless. The moderators flagged one of my posts in a public channel as alarming, they accused me of something that I did not do. Instead of investigating whether I was “claiming to be under 17” they decided to permanently ban my account from being able to use the chat feature, rendering my account useless. I appealed this and they removed my ban but silenced me for 24 hours “as a warning” when I tried to appeal this silence as I did nothing wrong and they incorrectly accused me of something I did not do they refused to remove my silence and told me that “any further help tickets would be ignored” this app has a huge issue with bullying and the moderators/support staff not investigating claims and accusations before punishing their users. I have been unfairly punished multiple times due to their outdated system of moderating. This needs to be addressed and their needs to be a better system put in place. I understand that there is a need for moderation and for punishing bad people, but do not unfairly punish people who do not deserve it! I have spoken to countless other people who have been in the same situation as me and jt is unfair

Our team of mhttps://forum.partyinmydorm.com/threads/silencing-policy-updates-2021.144132/oderators and community managers work very hard to keep our players safe in public chats and to protect underage players by keeping them out of the game. But we do tend to keep strict rules on players "pretending/joking" about being underage, because it can be very difficult to verify the legitimacy of an age claim, and we have to air on the side of caution.

In some cases the sustained 24 hour silence is intended as a warning to prevent further rule breaks of this nature, and I presume that is the case here.

Mixed review

I have to say the game itself very addictive to aim for goals etc. But some people on there will definitely take advantage. Just be careful took me months to figure out I was being played in trading for items, definitely don’t accept people’s offers for ‘pay pal transactions’. Don’t gift people who say ‘gift me I’ll send you a bento /bentos’ that’s a scam and there is players that will ask for 1 chibi per item which is ridiculous, don’t let their taunts etc get to you it’s just a game... but might help to report at least. There’s also a lot of weird sexual role play. So if you want to play just make it clear you’re not into that.

I think whoever developed the game great job. But you need more staff or people checking on reports of people who just take advantage. Maybe get a team onto reports only which I could imagine would be ALOT of reports... but a lot of people talking about suicide and mental health issues. Might be worth not having that one person get so low from the A holes taking advantage.
