Don’t miss the train standing in a queue
Quick and easy topups on the run. Add all the myki cards you need, yours the kids friends from outta town. Put them all in and check balances an pay. Set low balance reminders all super fast and easy. I just wish the trains themselves were as reliable.
I have used this app about 2 years ago, same issue remains “network error” when you try and top up you may encounter this, don’t be fooled the money still deducts from your account and still shows in the app your previous top up and not the new one. So make sure that you check your bank balance before trying again. Amazed they have not seemed to of fixed this issue even many years on.
Great App until it starts ripping you off
I have been using this app for nearly 3 months. I have 3 different myki cards that I top up for myself and family members. The first month was fine, I topped up $10-20 a time then suddenly the money never actually reaches your card. I have had more than 4 instances in the past month where I top up $10 and it NEVER appears and now I have asked for help TWICE
and nothing happens, they are basically stealing from everyone who uses this app.
Delete it and use the machines at the stations, it’s safer. DONT USE THIS APP WHATEVER YOU DO!!!! You have been warned
