At bevilles jewellers online, which I opened account with payright, was approved in 5mins or so, payed a 10% deposit, got order number and account number, selected pick up store, this was a click and collect order.Next day I got email saying it was flagged for security check and they needed me to send a screen shot of the transaction and tell them my type of card used to verify it was me, strange as I would imagine to pick up the order I would be verifying myself in store.I gave the info they asked for, now I’m waiting for a reply/pick up notification, so not sure what’s going on, will send update once I get one, 5⭐️ or 1⭐️ time will tell..

I have not been able to log in to my app the entire two years of using payright, it won’t let me past the loading screen and crashes despite me re-downloading it again and again. This has resulted in many pointless phone calls to waive late fees as i couldn’t not pay on time. A massive pain in my back side every time a payment is due.

Have been trying to log into my account since signing up to change banking details etc but log ins don’t work temporary passwords don’t work . I get text saying my temporary password is!! Then nothing NO temporary password.. I suggest don’t use Payright at all, if they can’t even produce a working app it’s not going to go well in any capacity

Website login doesnt work as they do not recognize the temp password they send thru text. App keeps freezing, managed to login once through the app and it hasnt worked since. Logo just keeps spinning and the app never loads. Such a pain to use this. Not sure if its deliberate so users have no way to check on their payment plans.
