Frustrating

It won’t let me pass the terms and conditions it just freezes

Easy to use

Easy to sign up & log in. Can track and manage repayments, and apply for new plans. Very good

Worst ever.

Does not allow me to change my password even after text sent. Ridiculous. I have had to delete the app and reload it. Then unable to log in via the internet as the web page doesn’t send a temporary password.
