A complete English version would be appreciated. Inability to change phone number country to anything other than Indonesia which renders the WhatsApp help Chatbot useless as there is no phone number attached to the PeduliLindungi App. Unable to upload or claim vaccination certificate even though have received approval from Kementerian Kesehatan. Everyone is trying to do the right thing but this App is lazy and buggy, making the whole process difficult. No wonder no one is visiting indonesia!!!

Versi bahasa Inggris lengkap akan dihargai. Ketidakmampuan mengubah negara nomor telepon ke selain Indonesia yang membuat bantuan WhatsApp Chatbot tidak berguna karena tidak ada nomor telepon yang terpasang di Aplikasi Cares Protect. Tidak dapat mengunggah atau mengklaim sertifikat vaksinasi meskipun telah disetujui oleh Kementerian Kesehatan. Semua orang mencoba melakukan hal yang benar tetapi Aplikasi ini malas dan bermasalah, membuat seluruh proses menjadi sulit. Pantas saja tidak ada yang berkunjung ke Indonesia!!!

Reasonable but require improvement as a global app

In indonesian, the above translate to ‘kurang lebih ok, tetapi perlu dimajukan sebagai aplikasi global’. Because this is a mandatory local and visitors app, it would be logical to have a full English version and the government should continue to progress this to backed tourism. However with probably only 10% of 280M registered population in the country speak fluent English, it is somewhat understandable that the app is not perfected in english. English speaking users that complained should perhaps stop being privileged and be more understanding.
I have seen how my Indonesian families use the app and it works well, HOWEVER, I acknowledge it would be 100% improvement to speed up international vaccine verification time. It took 2 months for my certificate to be processed in the app, for less than 2 weeks trip, unfortunately unplanned due to a funeral. During this period I had to carry paper vaccine certificate all the time and could not make use of the app. Hope it will be improved soon when I pulang kampung in 2023.

In regards to vaccination done outside Indonesia, kindly register yourself through PeduliLindungi at 'Vaccine and Immunization' menu. Choose 'COVID-19 Vaccination' then choose 'Vaccine Non-Indonesia', Complete your vaccination data and click Submit.

Time wasting app

After travelling to Bali last November and remembering all the difficulties I had in trying to fill the app out for 4 people let alone 1 person I Got totally frustrated to the point, if they wouldn’t let us in we’d go back to Australia. After an hour of frustration and one filled in, they let us through ????
As we are going back, I’m trying to fill out the app in advance and have no problem adding my details and vaccination, but where I have added my wife’s profile it won’t let me add her vaccinations.
From the time I finally found the app, to hours later trying to add my wife’s info without success, it has been a waste of my time.
If someone is going to respond to this, can they do it in English please?
