Makes it easy to do the important things!

This app makes it super easy to do the important things: check your remaining limits, and make a claim. All you have to do is snap a photo of an invoice and that’s it! Peoplecare does the rest. I love being a member of theirs — they’re really customer focused and this app is another example of that. My only small piece of feedback for improvement: the app is called “Larry” (no idea why) but if you search your phone for “Larry” it doesn’t come up - only if you search for “Peoplecare”.

Update has option for fingerprint ID, great feature but it still always asks me for manual password for some reason. Kinda defeats the purpose. Other than that, a pretty convenient app. Summarises your benefits succinctly (used vs remaining), claim history. Claims can be made via app which is much appreciated. Helpful link to cover description for your specific policy. Used that link twice already. Contact page includes phone and email. Email link opens up new email with subject title that already includes member number. Suggested for next update: include dates for when benefits can be used (e.g expiry dates or waiting periods). Maybe a summary page which includes details like member number, policy coverage, people covered, etc.

Hi there, thanks for your review, we love to hear new suggestions! You can actually set up the fingerprint or Face ID feature so you no longer have to sign in using your password. To do this, just click 'Settings' in the side bar menu and click 'Face ID', this will then take you to the Face ID recognition. If this doesn't work, you can also reset your app in settings which will take you through the set up process again. We are also continually working on improving the app and I have passed your suggestion over to our digital team. The Larry app is easy and very useful to use! I’ve used it to quickly find a provider, double check my coverage but what I use it most for is to lodge my claims. Easy and convenient which is exactly what I need when I’m normally quite busy day to day. The tips and news section is always kept up to date and offers great advice and information on critical health elements or even elements of my own health I would like to improve upon.

This app is easy and convenient to use for all, has great information and breaks down everything to a simple and easy to read formate so you have full understanding of what is going on. As well as great information to educate and learn.The only suggestion I have is that maybe put a remember member details or use Face ID or something to log into, instead of having to remember member number etc.
