Love learning when on the go
I do lots of walking and can’t say how much I love learning on the go. I just download a course or audiobook for offline play and I’m set!
I have less distractions and feel like I’m actually having learning retained!
Buggiest App I’ve Ever Used
Videos start playing at random times and hard to stop. If I pause then put my iPad to sleep and close the cover, a video will soon start playing. If I connect my AirPods a video will start playing.. Rotation is very buggy. If playing on the the side and you lay it flat or even almost flat it will change sizes. Then when you press full screen it changes to upside down. Video always crashes and starts again. Doesn’t hold the place that you watched until last session. Courses sometimes show “completed” when you fining but sometimes still just show “started”. App logs itself out all the time…. Could list bugs all day. This is literally the worst app I have ever used since the iPad was invented.
Useless for Audio on Go
It’s convenient to be able to access their content on the go but the app itself is quite buggy. Particularly when listening to audio. “Make Available Offline” doesn’t work (it will download the content but still consume mobile data and refuse to play while there is no data connection), the app will frequently lose its place and either return you to the very beginning or a few chapters ago when resuming playing at a later date, getting the content to play can take several attempts and even while listening it’s not uncommon for it just to randomly jump back 10-15 minutes or so
