Absolutely the best dictionary of all time for Persian speakers.
This app proved that doesn’t matter what, Iranian can do it better a than anyone else however, I never paid more that $10 for any app in my life before this, but happily paid for this one, and highly recommend it.

Exceptional in one word
I am using this app for years and I have to admit no other offline dictionaries have I seen with this vast range of words, idioms, collocations, synonyms, and diverse definitions. And all for free. It's great, really great. The team keeps updating the app regularly which makes it better and better, if possible.
