From tailored AI health guidance to chats with licensed vets, pet journal, activity tracking, and smart pet devices — everything your pet needs is now in one place.
Petcube goes far beyond smart hardware. It’s a pet-first platform designed around the animal you love — not the technology you use.
Start by creating a profile for your dog or cat. Add their age, breed, habits, and health history. Complete a Health Check by answering health and care-related questions about your pet. From there, Petcube becomes a companion with personalized AI insights and around-the-clock certified vet chat to help you make better decisions for your pet and be a more confident pet parent.
With Petcube App you can:
- Get AI-powered answers about your pet’s health, behavior, food, and training;
- Chat with licensed veterinarians when you need on-the-spot medical guidance;
- Track activity, routines, health data, and daily moments in your pet’s journal;
- Get reminders, smart alerts, set up voice commands, and care schedules;
- Connect your Petcube devices for live streaming, smart alerts, emergency monitoring, and activity insights.
Your pet’s profile, photos, logs, and history help unlock more personalized advice, reminders, and care recommendations — turning the app into a digital diary for your pet.
Whether you’re checking in while you’re away, worried about a symptom, or just want to be a better pet parent, Petcube puts everything you need right at your fingertips.
Overall it has been pretty good. Have had to reconnect my phone to camera after changing internet provider. I’m able to even connect from overseas (currently living in Canada and camera located in Australia). You can connect multiple devices as my mum’s phone is also able to view from her own app. However, if the camera’s internet connection were to drop out for whatever reason, to reconnect to the camera you need to be physically next to it to do so. I have noticed that video feed is visible for a few seconds but freezes and only audio can be heard (suspect it may be the internet connection my camera is on). Minimising the app and reopening seems to restore video but not ideal. Also have noticed recently that if I fully close the app and try opening it again, the app will minimise straight away preventing me from opening the app at all. I found that leaving the app minimised seems to work but again is not ideal.
Hard to recommend except that it’s mandatory

An app that is more interested in trying to foist subscription options and cutesy unhelpful messages on you upon opening than it is in actually showing you the feed from the camera you’ve bought, it’s hard to recommend Petcube.Add to that the fact that the app can be unreliable, often suffers from a new version “breaking” a feature and it then taking several updates to resolve, and is a pretty prime example of software bloat and poor UI design. If there were any other way to easily bring up the feed from said camera, I’d probably be using that.
Works well few small glitches

I have 2 cameras in my house now and planning on adding a 3rd. I have just the basic camera so can talk to and hear pet but no treats etc as I didn’t want this. Mine seems to work well most the time. Every now and again the video gets a little laggy but not bad. I do find that it doesn’t seem to record all movement as it sometimes misses parts but overall a good product. Is a little annoying to have to pay yearly to keep it recording when it doesn’t catch all the movement. The 3rd will be added later this year in my puppy room before we have babies due so that will be exciting to be able to keep an eye on them without disrupting mom every few mins
Worked well for me

I just needed a camera so I could check on my pets while I was away for a few days, to make sure they were ok and still had plenty of food and fresh water etc. Petcube worked so well and I cannot fault it. I didn’t use the paid service, just the app. The video quality day and night was clear, always connected and overall so much better than I expected. After I bought the Petcube I read the reviews on here and was worried it was not going to work properly for me, but it was great. Thank you!
We sniffed and tracked down several nasty bugs! Now that they are gone, your video stream got a bit better. Call your furkid often - a drop of pawesomeness every day makes the troubles go away
