Took the option of a three day free trial. The app is slow and clunky, it doesn’t remove duplicates, instead it deletes photos that are of the same thing yet completely different. It also has put all my important documents I need to work out of focus, making them useless, some are irreplaceable. I cancelled the next day and yet they started charging me $89 and Apple won’t reply to my complaints about it. Do not get this app, or any app offering a free trial

If you purchased an in-app purchase to activate some premium features and if you want to refund, then you can refund immediately. Refunded amount will be back to you soon. Apple is handling the payment process, so the amount that refunded will be back to your account from Apple in any time soon. Most Deceptive and fraudulent app

Almost fraudulent app, charged $89 by deceptive methods cancelled my credit card to avoid being charged only to be charged a month later when tried using another credit card for a different purchase.

If you subscribed to a monthly auto-subscription plan that doesn't make the app deceptive and fraudulent, there are thousands of users that are paying for a subscription to earn time in their lives and there are also a lot of people on our team to create&improve productive tools to our users. We are truly sorry for your experience. We do have the 3 day free trial with a yearly plan which you can try all features free for 3 days. After the free trial period, Apple charges you the billing amount. It is impossible to get charged before or inside the free trial period. If you selected any other plan that doesn't include the free trial such as the monthly plan; then you can access to premium features for a month without the free trial which is explicitly shown on the app. If you purchased an in-app purchase to activate some premium features and if you want to refund, then you can refund immediately. Refunded amount will be back to you soon. You can cancel your subscription to Photo Finder like any other App Store subscription: Go to Settings on your iPhone. Find View Apple ID in the iTunes & AppStores > your Apple ID name page. Then, tap Subscriptions > Photo Finder. Click on the Cancel Subscription button which is located at the bottom of the screen.
