Worked ok the first time but can’t add any new updates photos

I downloaded this app and added a couple of photos, sent them off to print and my order was done within hours. App was a bit clunky to use the first time but I was able to figure it out and order.
Second time I came back to order new photos, I cannot find anywhere in the app where it will allow me to add new photos from my phone. It simply displays the ones I already have, allows me to create folders and sort the already uploaded photos. My only other option is to pull photos from Facebook which I don’t which to do as I believe it changes the quality of the photo. I can’t find a help or support section for the app either within the app itself or on the Officeworks website. Maybe all of this functionality is hiding in some obscure place but as someone who tests IT products for a living - I couldn’t find it. If it’s not obvious or available to an IT savvy consumer I can’t imagine your average user can do this.
This app has literally become a throwaway item, I’ll be deleting now and finding somewhere that allows me adequate functionality.

Not good

Was told Officeworks couldn’t print my pictures unless I uploaded the pictures online. They said people have lots of trouble with the website so use the app. After three failed attempts the pictures finally uploaded. When I clicked next, the cart said it was empty. When I went back I had to upload the photos again. I uploaded the whole album again and it said it only uploaded 3 out of 34. I thought fine I don’t care I just need something f for Mother’s Day. When I went to cart it said all 34 photos were there this time (not 3). Payment and click and collect was the easiest process.
The lady at the counter said it same day turn around.
I never heard from officeworks for 2 days so I called them and they said the system is down and they’re not accepting anymore orders. When I said I did it 3 days ago he checked and said they were ready. I never got contacted about it.
I drove to the click and collect car space and tried calling the store to bring out the photos (because the kids were asleep in the car). No one answered. Went in and grabbed them no problem. The staff are excellent. The system and process is the worst I’ve dealt with yet. I love Officeworks and will continue to use them but it’s the 21st century and you can’t blame a virus for poor communication and systems and processes. You should have a customer service standard that is consistent with your competitors.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH APP, WEBSITE OR STAFF!

Just like liaising with Officeworks staff, using this app or the website IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME with fury on top! You will spend a lot of time uploading photos, or processing an order, the excitement builds as you get one step closer to having that special memory or gift made, and then, bang, half way through or if you’re really lucky, you complete loading 10 or 1000 photos, only for it to *%#$ up, EVERY SINGLE TIME! This includes, Uploading to the app, uploading via the website, transferring to kiosks via the app and in store. As a major retailer, Officeworks needs a MAJOR UPGRADE of all areas, including staff! It’s is so infuriating having to deal with incompetent interactive services and to go into the store, only to have the staff, when they decide to serve you, tell you the exact same process that you’ve already used ten times and their only troubleshooting capabilities are to tell you that it is your Own device that is at fault. 0
