I have been playing for a long time now and never had a problem with this game until the other day when I completed the event challenge but when I got to the end and was meant to get the reward from the chest for some reason I didn’t get it, even though it claims I did. I don’t know if it is due to me not using one of the time bonuses that you get along the way though completing the change of the event or some other reason. I also have paid a lot of money to this game so I can continue playing when I run out of tokens. Also the only reason I’m writing a review instead of trying to go to support over this issue is I have tried a dozen times but it will not load anything up for me to get in contact with them, so that to needs to be fixed as well.

Love this game UNTIL!

Love, love, love this game. However I refuse to buy tokens or spend money on games. I had to reset the game and start again after I was unable to finish it due to only being able to unlock 10 token puzzles. By starting with the highest value puzzles and waiting the half hour till the tokens reset to 10, I’m getting more puzzles unlocked. Loads of fun. Well done!

Edit: This game was my favourite until one day as I was nearing the end of completing all the puzzles, the game started to glitch and completely reset! I have lost my entire progress and it’s taken me back to the tutorial! Now it’s done it again! I almost completed the worlds biggest puzzle for the 2nd time and it’s reset me again back to the tutorial! What’s going on? There is no point in playing his game if this is going to keep on happening!

I downloaded the update as per instructions, but it’s just done it again! Please fix this and I will change star rating to 5. It’s a great game, but having to constantly redo game over and over again, defeats the purpose of playing it.

Love the game but....

I adore this game. It gets me thinking and I can now do any puzzle from super easy to super hard in less than 10 mins because of these techniques I have come up with.

However, im not one to spend real money on a game so being able to get new puzzles take soooo long. The only puzzles I have left, cost over 20 tokens and if I come back to play more than once per day I don’t have enough to afford another game. Also if I try to watch an ad to gain a token, 90% of the time it says there isn’t one available.

How to improve:
- make the daily reward not reset once you’ve reached the best prize. As long as they keep coming on every day give them the best prize. Maybe even make more levels of prizes for the daily reward (make the 10th day the best and most valuable one)
- have more options to buy puzzles by watching an ad, it’s the only way to make me want to watch an ad.
- make sure ads are available to be watched
- maybe make an even more difficult puzzle that’s 20x20 or something challenging like that.
