Can’t cancel
I downloaded to search for a specific insect which we were unable to locate on your app. The app looks great if we were planning to continually use it, however, using it only once and within the 7 day free trial, we’d like to cancel please. It clearly says in settings how to cancel, although, following these directions doesn’t allow it to occur. Please contact.
Missing important information
I live in Sydney Australia. I downloaded your app just to identify a couple of spiders that I had not come across before. However, I decided to search for spiders in my area. There is a Number of well-known species that aren’t on your app at all including and especially the Sydney funnel web. just so you know it is one of the deadliest spiders in the world. I was unable to find any information about that species on your app whatsoever. You guys claim to provide information about a range of spiders among other things, you list quite a few things in relation to the one or two species of venomous spiders from the state that I live in, I’m sorry to be the one to tell you that you have missed dozens!!
I can tell you from firsthand experiences that the Sydney funnel Webb is not to be trifled with and it has been responsible for quite a few human fatalities over the years.
Helpful information on how to avoid, detect and most importantly treat bites from such a species should be the top of your priorities list
Pick your game up.

Good but not great
I’ve used the app a couple times and I have not once gotten the right result right off the bat. What would be awesome is if you could set your region or country to give results to match; as I’m getting results that look almost identical to what Im trying to identify but they are from the wrong side of the world. There’s very limited informations if not none about the bugs I am finding which has kind of sucked the excitement out of using the app or any need for it at all because I’m having to still go and find it myself online. It only really helps me identify the order/family of the bug.
