Hi guys. Love your service. Trying to book but the app opens, shows the booking details, then goes back to the loading screen with an error that insufficient information was provided. I can’t get back to the booking screen after cancelling the error
Outrageous!
I would give zero stars of I can. Booked a job, send a message and called the driver without any response. Of course he hasn'show up. Contact/Chat feature in the app is so hard to find. I needed to go to the website.
If you need job done don't work With Picup.
The app could be so much more trustworthy if would have features like communication about where is the driver and what is the estimated time of arrival.
Everything unpredictable can happen but I can’t understand the lack of communication.
The worse experience ever!
Best way to get junk removed
This app is so useful! We used PicUp to come and collect our old furniture and take it to the waste centre. We don’t have a Ute or trailer so it worked perfectly for us, we chose a date and time and they were there. Very professional and highly recommended 👍🏼
