You can draw a pixel art soon after Launching the app.

Pixelate a photo.
◇ Create an animated pixel art.
Draw one pixel art, copy it, and then you can draw an animation.

Ratings and Reviews
This is literally the best pixel art platform on the app store, its got minimal ads, an easy to navigate platform, an easy to use interface, and almost an infinite amount of possibilities. I love the animation feature and the import feature works well (with a little bit of help),
thank you so much for making this!
Less is more
Been using this app since 2015. Easily one of the simplest, most effective pixel art creation apps on iOS. However, I think it could be improved.
For one, certain features don’t work as expected. The “copy color” option in the animation view doesn’t work, and importing JPEG images locks the colours to an extremely limited palette.
Other additions I’d really like to see include a “cutter” tool to select and move around pixels, a “drag and drop” palette for easy organisation, and auto save function and better file organisation, with file names and possibly integration with Apple’s Files app.
Fantastic, but still needs some improvements
This app is great, but navigating through it is a bit of a nightmare. It would be good if when you started the app it would ask what image you want to work on, or if you wanted to start a new artwork, instead of sending you to a new piece right away. It all feels a little bit flat if you know what I mean. If you look at the Ibis Paint X app (free download) that’s kinda what I’m looking for. Apart from that it’s great! The animations part is absolutely phenomenal! Wouldn’t change anything else if I could.
