The creator contains five labs, each with a specific focus. Choose which of them you want to use for any given scenario:
● Core lab: Edit core scenario information, write background narratives, set win conditions, edit translations and more
● Disease lab: Develop a bespoke plague with unique stats and fully customised symptoms, abilities and transmissions.
● World lab: Control country attributes, such as population, climate, health care budgets, and air routes.
● Government lab: Dictate actions taken by governments in response to your disease. Modify existing actions or create entirely new ones.
● Events lab (advanced users): Create game-changing events and narrative pop ups for your scenario using powerful scripting tools.

Ratings and Reviews
Good App
This is a great app, it’s in-depth and (mostly) easy to use, but I have 3 minor complaints: 1. I have no clue how to make custom events, and I’m getting sick of using the highly-restrained government actions instead of events. 2. Could you add an option to choose whether the colour of the icons of hexs get inverted or not? 3. Plz add a in-game icon creator, as my photo editor doesn’t work for that...
Well ok hope u read this James plz add/fix the stuff that I was talking about.
Could use some help
I can see there was some hard work put into this and I could see how this could be an awesome app, but...
as a layman (just a dumb guy trying to play an app) I found this a little tedious. There are so many adjustments and tweaks with very little information on their use and effects. Some variables go from -2 to 1 and other go from 0-10 with a small scrip about their potential effect, but I can’t tell if -2 means that is going to have a negative effect or a positive effect! And when I crank it down, or up, I can’t see the difference in gameplay either way most times.
If it were put in a clearer language it would be much more enjoyable. I’m sure the developer understands it very easily but I can’t make out what most of these items are meant to do, the outcome, the repercussions or why I am adjusting it.
I was expecting this to be a “think of a unique scenario and set upon creating it” kind of app but this is more like a “adjust a bunch of stuff and hope for the best” kind of app. And for the bigger than typical price that makes this a $6 lump on my screen.
I hope the creator is making enough $ from this to still be making changes or this is going in the out pile.
Update the user interface
Just update the ui and looks of the game to look like the pc version
