I’ve been using Planoly everyday for nearly 2 years and have been so impressed with both the app and developers. Regular updates whenever IG changes their algorithms, a flexible (within reason) free version for light users and a generous version for entry level paying users. The interface is so clean and easy to understand and I love that I can use the dashboard online as well. I seriously considered giving up Planoly after the last update when the discover option no longer allowed me to search for a user, and only search hashtags (which sometimes is way too broad to find the post you specifically want which rendered the app useless to me) however I then find this morning, like clockwork, Planoly has figured out another way with the new ‘shareable link’ option which actually makes the process faster for my purposes (I curate Instagram feeds for companies as a side gig) - Hallelujah! I personally think the ability to regram the hi res image and original captions is your absolute number ONE feature. The analytics and automating is great, but the regram feature is hands down the best out there. Thank you for figuring out a work around, and thank you for being such attentive developers to the market 🌟🌟🌟

First of all, we all as consumers of interactive apps need solutions that are simple, fun, and stable. And such solutions are like Mythical Unicorns. But here is one real unicorn you won’t stop using once you know you need it to win your Instagram game. I’m in love with it’s user experience, color pallet, brand mark, and features like options of adding photographs from my personal feed, google drive, iCloud, Dropbox, free stock photographs, and other external sources. The biggest and most important part of any app building is its regular upgrading and making sure there are no errors while using it. Also, never underestimate the power of a good CustomerCare and effective technical support system of any business.This shows the company is taking its product seriously which means it’s taking YOU and your data seriously.I can talk about Planoly all day long but you will be better off using it by your yourself. At the end I can just say that there is not a single day that passes without me using this app for my business.

Great to organise your feed and make it shine but: 1. most times, the app would require you to crop the image after upload and once you do this and save it, after trying to submit the photo (via direct or schedule) it won’t let you. It will take you out of the app and into Instagram so you can do it manually thus defeating the purpose of using the auto feature and by doing this, it doesn’t save your caption and it deletes it from both planoly and Insta. 2. I was stuck multiple times when trying to schedule posts, it wouldn’t post. 3. I’ve tried to post directly through planoly and it would just remove the photo from the app and not post to the gram. 4. Trying to post an image, an error message will appear saying “cannot find link or image” and it wouldn’t post having me delete the image and looking for it again through my thousands of photos in my camera scroll. 5. My feed wouldn’t show all my scheduled posts as it would only date back about 20 posts. I emailed tech support several times and even though they responded within a reasonable time, nothing was resolved. Paid for 4 months of a subscription and hopefully this money can go towards developers fixing these issues. You can find some developers overseas for the worth of your subscription to fix these issues. Maybe 6-10 hours will find a solution. It’s a great app but it was too frustrating for me to use as I like to pay for things or ideas that actually work, or towards customer service that actually resolve issues otherwise don’t release features that are buggy. Your main feature is auto posting and there are issues. That says a lot. That’s your bread and butter. Find a way to ensure the photo is cropped correctly before allowing the upload otherwise it’ll create frustration and waste people’s time. This app isn’t user friendly and has far more potential if these little errors are fixed. Cheers.

So far I’m loving this as a business-woman. When you’re working long hours, the last thing you want to do is write a good hearty social media post. This allows me to write posts when I get the time and schedule them to post DIRECTLY from Planoly. Once I’ve set up the time and date I want it to post, I don’t have to think about it anymore. Every business-person should get this!The only thing this app needs is to be able to post “carousel” posts (when you’re adding more than one photo to one post) directly from the app. As someone who posts a main photo, then a before and after for my beauty business, I like to have multiple clear photos for my followers to see. Once this feature becomes available, this app is 100% 5 stars for me.
