Great app
I really love this app however recently i have found that i cannot take a photo of a plant with the app camera - i have to take it on my phone and then open the pic in the app. I have made sure that the app has camera access in settings but this hasnt helped. Any suggestions?

App not working
Hi, I am having a lot of problems with your app and even though I have updated it today, it still not working. I have tried to look for your website but cannot find where to access contact information for you.
Up until my problem started, I really loved using this plant identification app and having access to all the information on each of my plants.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the App, but it still won’t work for me.
When I open it, and click on the plant that needs attention, it closes the app down which means I have to restart again and this is the only way I can use it but it’s not much fun having to do this.
Some advice would be appreciated at this time.
It stopped working and I’m so disappointed
I’ve had Plant Parent for a year and was happily using the App. About a week before it was due to have the subscription renewed it started flickering then dropping out repeatedly. As I could no longer view the plants that needed care, it was unusable. No longer able to go into the app to manually make the payment for a renewal, I went to my account in the App Store. I paid for this years subscription and a week after paying, it still won’t work. I’d love to continue using the app but as it no longer works, would love a refund but there appears to be no way of achieving this. A very disappointing end to my year of using this App.
