Free is not Free
In the Google search, it states the App is free. After downloading it, I realize it gives only 3 days free trial then will be charged. I try to cancel the App straight away and am unable to find how to cancel it. I delete the App but still unsure if it is cancelled. Please cancel the App from my account. I do not want to be charged. Thank you.

The app is free to download and a free version of it can be utilized by our users! All the plant care guides, disease treatment and prevention advice, a virtual Garden and smart Reminders will be available to you. However, a premium version will provide you with a lot more useful features and well as a smoother experience :)

Not worth it
Not sure if anyone will see this, but I tried to use this to identify some dry brown spots on a chilli that I couldn’t find any info about on google. In hindsight I think that’s all this app does, because it kept just sending back saying the plant was healthy. Also, I think the app must know that it’s useless because when you hold down to delete the app the quick options display the message “😇 Don’t remove app! Let’s give it a try” or something like that, like it knows you’re holding it down to delete it. If they thought people genuinely liked the app they’d have options like “scan plant” or something set up as the quick options. Interesting.
Update: the developer has responded. The diagnose feature said the plant was healthy, when I can assure you it is not.

You can always consult with a pro botanist for a more in-depth analysis or utilize a 'Diagnose' feature for a detailed treatment guide.
If a user holds down the app, that usually indicated they would like to delete the app and if they wanted to scan, they'll surely just tap to enter the app as the identifying tab is already the main one. There could be various reasons why a user would want to delete the app, not all of them have to be bad :)
