This app is great for booking and organising padel, and all the padel clubs in Melbourne should be on it! So far there’s only 1 club that’s not on it, which is a shame. Finding clubs, socials and events is very easy, and finding a match with similar level players is very simple. The added chat feature and light social aspect is great, it’s just enough, without being overbearing by bringing in unnecessary features. I do have one piece of feedback/criticism, and that is the invite system for the matches. I was signed up for a game that needed one more player, so the night before it started needing I thought I could invite multiple friends to see who’d be interested (I now realise this can be done through the chat function). However, the invite system only accepted the first person and locked them into the game and put them on hold for payment. When I tried to contact them, they said they couldn’t attend due to prior commitments but they couldn’t leave the game since it was less than 24 hours away. I couldn’t reach the organiser of the game and the in-app support was not able to resolve the issue, which had me worried that the game couldn’t proceed. Luckily, the club was open until 11 PM, so I called them and had them manually remove the player. Although this is a less common scenario, (and I now realise that game links can be sent within the application’s chat function) I do believe the booking system should not be so rigid in locking players who have not paid or confirmed attendance, as this may lead to similar issues within the 24-hour cancellation window. Allowing players to decline (provided they have not paid) would mitigate this friction.

Misleading UI

App works as intended but UI is misleading. As a first time user i select the club recommended to me that has multiple sports. When you select the club. It only shows one sport.Annoying to figure out yoy need to click the icon to change it to find other courts and costs.Wanted pickleball, paid for padel because thats all i could see.
Level/Rating System is next to useless

Level & Rating system is being completely gamed - new players get crazy-high rankings, whilst decent &/or experienced players get dragged down and then excluded from matches at or below their level. System needs a bottom up overhaul.
